Terms of Service

By creating an account or using PostPad, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

PostPad is a scheduling tool for publishing videos to Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. You connect your own accounts on those platforms, upload videos, and schedule when they publish. We act on your behalf using the access you grant.

You’re responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and must comply with the terms of each platform you connect.

You agree not to use PostPad to publish content that is illegal, infringes others’ rights, contains malware, is spam, or violates any connected platform’s policies. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

PostPad relies on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube APIs. Those platforms’ rate limits, outages, policy changes, or takedowns are outside our control. We make no guarantee that any individual post will publish successfully.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and publish your content on your behalf, solely to provide the service.

We aim for high uptime but make no SLA guarantee in the free tier. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostPad is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost posts, missed deadlines, or loss of followers from platform actions.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete my account. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
